  • How does it feel when you receive feedback from your boss / manager?
    Some things you may feel: uncomfortable, like you failed, annoyed, frustrated, thankful, supported...
  • Why is feedback important?
    It gives you information on how you can do something better.
  • What is information you can give to your next employer on how you like to receive feedback?
    Tell them you don't listen to FB, so don't bother giving it
    Tell them you want to be asked if it's a good time for FB
    Tell them you're already good at working and don't need FB
    Tell them you don't want to receive feedback

    Ask them to write down their feedback so you can look it over another time, do some relaxed breathing, try to remember feedback helps us get better!
