Ask them to write down their feedback so you can look it over another time, do some relaxed breathing, try to remember feedback helps us get better!

Tell them you don't want to receive feedback
Tell them you want to be asked if it's a good time for FB
Tell them you're already good at working and don't need FB
Tell them you don't listen to FB, so don't bother giving it
What should you do after you receive feedback?
Say thank you, say you'll work on it, try and 'change' or do what they suggested
