Halloween Movements

  • Place your hands on your hips and bend your elbows. Move your elbows back and forth to flap your wings!

  • Kneel on all fours. Slowly move your right arm and left leg forward at the same time. Next move your left arm and right leg forward at the same time.

  • Stand up and wrap your arms around your waist. Slowly rock your upper body from side to side as you walk forward. Repeat “Boo, Boo” as you do the above.

  • Stand up on your tiptoes. Walk forward slowly! Look all around for ghosts or monsters!

  • In a squatting position reach backwards with your arms and put both hands flat on the floor behind you. Raise up bottom until your head, neck, and body are in a straight line. Move forward, backwards, or sideways.

  • Stand up and clasp both hands in front of you. Straighten your elbows as if to be holding your broom. Move forward while laughing “Hee, Hee, Hee”.

  • Squat down like a monster with your hands in-between your knees. Push off with your feet to spring forward.

  • Put your arms straight in front of you, with your elbows straight. Move forward, lifting one leg and then the other, keeping your knees straight.
