In a squatting position reach backwards with your arms and put both hands flat on the floor behind you. Raise up bottom until your head, neck, and body are in a straight line. Move forward, backwards, or sideways.

Kneel on all fours. Slowly move your right arm and left leg forward at the same time. Next move your left arm and right leg forward at the same time.

Stand up and wrap your arms around your waist. Slowly rock your upper body from side to side as you walk forward. Repeat “Boo, Boo” as you do the above.

Place your hands on your hips and bend your elbows. Move your elbows back and forth to flap your wings!

Squat down like a monster with your hands in-between your knees. Push off with your feet to spring forward.

Stand up and clasp both hands in front of you. Straighten your elbows as if to be holding your broom. Move forward while laughing “Hee, Hee, Hee”.

Stand up on your tiptoes. Walk forward slowly! Look all around for ghosts or monsters!
