  • Post office: You and your friends are talking and laughing. You notice people around you are repeatedly looking over at all of you. They don’t seem happy. What do you think they are thinking? What should you do?

  • Post office: You go into the post office to see how much it would cost to ship a 5 pound box. The box says one price but the sign has a different price. What can you do to clarify the price of the box?
  • Bakery: There is one more seat at the bakery with another person already seated at the table. You would like to sit down but know it would be intruding on their personal space. What should you do?
  • Flower shop: You put in an order of flowers and decided a time to pick them up. When you arrive, they apologize that the flowers aren’t ready, but you need them now. What do you do?

  • Store: You bought a $3 drink at the grocery store and gave the cashier a $5 bill. They gave you $1 back in change, which is incorrect. What should you do?
