Which meaning of the term law is this?: Law as a synonym of legal norm: "The law is the set of norms that govern a certain territory, in a certain historical moment, regulating the various activities of the human being."
Objective sense
Which meaning of the term law is this?: Faculty or capacity that a person has to do something and to demand certain conduct from other people.
Subjective sense

Which characteristic of Law is this?: Legal norms are a mandate addressed to citizens and not a suggestion or advice. The rules command us, force us to carry out a certain behaviour.
Imperative
Which characteristic of Law is this?: An essential characteristic of the human being is his freedom, which means that he is free to abide by legal norms.
Which function is this?: These are measures that are adopted to deal with everyday problems that may arise in a society, for example the law that toughens traffic penalties to try to reduce accidents.
