You must deliver a piece of bad news, but you have to "sandwich" it using the phrases: "We are currently on track with...", "However, we’ve hit a roadblock regarding...", "My immediate focus will be..."
Use the phrase: With that in mind....
Close the meeting: You finished your part, and now the Finance Director (John) needs to speak.
A client asks a question you don't know the answer to yet.
"So, let's talk about an important topic now."
Imagine you are a tour guide, but instead of a city, you are touring the Audit Plan. Guide me from the Risk Inventory → to the Control Matrix → to the RCM Tab.
"So, I made an agenda for today."
Fact A: The process owner is on leave. Fact B: We can't finish the walkthrough.
Talk for 30 seconds about one of your current projects You must use at least two spotlight phrases to highlight the success.
Fact A: The controls failed. Fact B: We need to increase the sample size.
