Character Analyze (Grade 1 / Pre-A1)

Mom opened the fridge. “Who wants some juice?” “I do!” shouted Mia. Tom said, “I want milk.” Grandpa laughed, “I only want tea!” Who said, “I want milk.”

“This is Leo, our new classmate,” said Ms. Park. “Hi, Leo!” said Amy. Ben asked, “Where are you from?” Leo said, “I’m from Canada.” Who said, “Where are you from?”

Nina picked an apple from the tree. “It’s sweet!” Owen said, “I want a red one.” Emma said, “This one is green.” Jack laughed, “I want both!” Who said, “This one is green.”

Mom said, “It’s a nice day for a picnic.” Anna smiled, “I’ll bring sandwiches.” Ben said, “I’ll bring juice.” Tina added, “Don’t forget the napkins!” Who said, “I’ll bring juice.”

Lily walked in with a big smile. “It’s my birthday today!” “Happy birthday!” shouted Max. Nora said, “Let’s eat cake!” Evan laughed, “Save a piece for me!” Who said, “Let’s eat cake!”

“Look! I have a new ball,” said Ben. “Wow, it’s red!” said Amy. “Can we play with it?” asked Tom. Lily smiled, “Let’s play after lunch!” Who said, “Can we play with it?”

“Oh no, my car is broken!” cried Ethan. “Let me see,” said Lily. “I can fix it!” said Oliver. Hana said, “I’ll get some tape.” Who said, “I can fix it!”

“It’s snowing!” shouted Nora. Evan said, “Let’s build a snowman.” Lucy said, “I’ll get my hat.” Henry said, “Don’t forget the carrot nose!” Who said, “I’ll get my hat.”

“It’s raining again,” said Emma. Jack put on his hat. “I like rain,” he said. Nina shook her head. “No, my shoes will get wet.” “Don’t worry,” said Owen, “I have an umbrella.” Who said, “No, my shoes will get wet.”

Amy turned on the TV. “Let’s watch a movie.” “I want a funny one,” said Ryan. Ella said, “No, a scary one!” Tom laughed, “I’ll get the popcorn.” Who said, “I’ll get the popcorn.”

“Look, a puppy!” said Emma. “It’s so small,” said Jake. Sofia asked, “Is it hungry?” Liam said, “Let’s give it some water.” Who said, “Is it hungry?”

“Can I feed the fish?” asked Zoe. Ben said, “I did it yesterday.” Liam said, “It’s my turn today.” Ava smiled, “Let’s all feed it together!” Who said, “It’s my turn today.”

“I brought my pillow,” said Ella. “I have my teddy bear,” said Mia. Tom said, “I brought cookies.” Sam laughed, “I only brought myself!” Who said, “I brought cookies.”

“I can’t find my homework,” said Alex. “Is it in your bag?” asked Tina. “No, it’s not,” said Alex. Ben pointed at the table, “There it is!” “Oh, thank you!” said Sara.  Who said, “Is it in your bag?”

The kids ran to the sea. “Let’s make a sandcastle!” said Mia. “I’ll get the bucket,” said Noah. “I can bring shells,” said Zoe. Leo said, “And I’ll find a flag!” Who said, “I’ll get the bucket.”

Sara hid a small box under the table. “What’s that?” asked Alex. “It’s a gift,” said Sara. Ben asked, “Who is it for?” “It’s for Lily,” said Sara with a smile. Who said, “Who is it for?”
