    Change can cause stress, anxiety, or discomfort, which interferes with our top/bottom brain connection and decreases our ability to use inhibition/flexibilty.

    The ability to adapt your thoughts and actions to new or unexpected circumstances, incorporating new information and adjusting plans or strategies as needed
