    Because getting enough sleep can help me do my best at school, and I can be taller when I go to bed early.

    I do exercise every morning. I eat more fruits and vegetables, less sugar and fast food. I get enough sleep

    Because they provide me with many vitamins and minerals. This helps reduce risk of obesity and cancer.

    I join clean up activitities and plant a lot of trees around my house and my school. This makes the neighborhood cleaner and greener.

    Because exercise is a key to good health. It helps me keep fit and be more active.

    I donate food and clothes to help to feed them. And I teach them to read and write to help them have a better future.

    ex: to play badminton, I need rackets, shuttlecocks, a pair of trainers, and sport clothes
