Nose

Drink plenty of water.

Don’t remove nose hairs, or do it carefully, because they filter dirt and debris.

Avoid smoking or breathing in secondhand smoke.

Clean your nose with clean tissue or cloth.

Blow your nose very hard.

Use a humidifier at home to keep the air moist.

Sniff or smell hard smell chemical.

Use face mask when needed.

Put sharp things inside your nose.

Keep your home not clean to reduce the amount of dust and other allergens you may breathe in.
