2.1 The Moth with Pink Wings

Jill and Hank run up the bank of a hill to get a moth.

Then the moth zips to the path and hangs on a log to rest.

It is a long run up the hill, and they should be quick if they want to have fun with this moth.

The kids see that the moth has pink wings as it rushes by them.

Jill hops to the log, but she also could not get this moth.

Oh well, we did not get the moth with the pink wings, but we had lots of fun!

It was as quick as a jet and we were not!

They would like to toss the moth into a can to show mom and dad.

Hank now asks, "How could we not get that moth?" Jill says

At the top of the hill, the moth now sits on a rock.

Hank has a red net, but he could not get this one moth in it.
