  • Other kids are better at the activity than you are.
    Ignore, don't worry about them, focus on yourself
  • Someone accidently let go of their paddle and it hits you in the head it starts bleeding.
    Sit down and focus on slow breath
    Remove anything that is lodged in the head.
    Yell at the person
    Push people away that are trying to help
  • Your PE teacher tells to work harder and you are already working as hard as you can.
    Shake it off, talk to yourself and tell yourself that you can do it
  • Your teammates are angry at you because you weren't able to catch the ball.

    Tell the PE teacher to send them to the principal's office

  • It's your turn and everyone is looking at you with a sour face.
    Stop looking at them and shake it off.

  • The PE teacher says you can't get a drink of water/take a break.
    Run away and get a drink
