  • March in place, pretend to play the drums, and then march in a circle.
  • Reach down to touch your toes, stretch your arms up high, and then say "I'm ready!"
  • Take three big steps forward, hop on one foot, and then hop on the other foot.
  • If you're near a door, open it, step outside, close it behind you, then open it again.
  • If you're sitting down, stand up, then turn around in a circle once.
  • If you're near a table, pretend to be a sneaky cat, crawl underneath it, peek out, then crawl back out.
  • Stand on one foot, hop twice, and then switch to the other foot.
  • If you're near a wall, lean against it, stretch your legs out in front of you, touch your toes, then stand up straight.
  • Skip to the nearest door, open it slowly, and then close it gently.
  • If you're near a wall, touch it with your fingertips, reach up as high as you can, slide your hand down, then pat the wall.
  • If you're wearing socks, take them off, wiggle your toes, then put them back on.
  • If you're indoors, find a window, look outside, then count how many birds you see.
  • Pretend to be a bird: flap your arms, chirp, and then fly around the room.
  • If you're near a chair, sit down, stand back up three times, do a little dance, then sit down again.
