  • An athletic discipline that involves moving quickly and efficiently through an environment, using only the human body.
    Parkour
  • A water sport where individuals ride waves. People paddle out into the ocean, catch a wave, and then stand or kneel on the board to ride the wave's momentum back to the shore.
    Surfing
  • A winter sport where participants ride down snow-covered slopes or hills. People strap both feet to a single piece of equipment and use body movements to control their direction and speed.
    Snowboarding
  • The sport of getting on the top rocks or mountains, or on specially designed walls inside or outdoors
    Climbing
  • An adrenaline-pumping sport that involves driving small, open-wheel vehicles around a track. Participants compete for speed and maneuverability.
    Karting
  • A form of cycling that takes place off-road, typically on rough and uneven terrain. People use specially designed bicycles to navigate trails, hills, and challenging obstacles.
    Mountain biking
  • The activity of going down a very steep slope while holding on to a rope that is fastened to the top of the slope
    Abseiling
  • A water sport where individuals paddle small, narrow watercraft. It can be done in rivers, lakes, or the sea, and requires skill in navigating various water conditions.
    Kayaking
  • The activity of jumping off a very high bridge or similar structure, with a long elastic rope tied to your legs, so that the rope pulls you back before you hit the ground:
