  • Anti-: Please use "antibacterial" soap to wash your hands.
    "against" bacterial - soap that kills bacteria
  • im-: My friends like me despite my "imperfections".
    flaws, not perfect
  • Non-: We are required to read at least one "nonfiction" book.
    not made up; factual
  • De-: Can you "debug" my computer?
    Remove viruses "De" = the opposite of or to lessen
  • Auto-: Have you read Nelson Mandela's "autobiography"?
    A book written by person's own life
  • Co-: We are doing a cooperative project in science class.
    A group project completed together with others
