    They move in a circular motion like a tornado

    They need to clean up/rebuild the area/ make sure people and animals are okay
  • How do you think people prepare for a hurricane?
    They evacuate, board up their houses, and/or stay inside
  • What will people do if they don’t want their home to be hit by a hurricane?
    Move to somewhere not close to the coast (water)
  • How do you think people who live in the hurricane path feel when the hurricane is close by?
    Scared, Nervous, Afraid, Worried
  • What will happen if scientists can better predict a hurricane’s path?
    People and towns can better prepared which will prevent less destruction/damage
  • Why do you think scientists have a hard time predicting hurricanes?
    It is hard to get close to them because they are dangerous and move quickly
