Make your feet wide and toes out. Squat down as low as you can go while making cactus arms. Hold for 10 seconds.
Half Moon Pose
Stand on your right leg. Bend and touch the floor with your right hand while lifting your left leg. Reach your left hand to the ceiling. Hold for 8 sec. Switch.
Chair Pose
Stand with your feet hip width distance. Bend at the knees and pretend you are sitting in a chair. Put your hands above your head. Hold for 8 seconds.
Warrior 2 Pose
Stand with your arms out, palms down. Step your right foot forward, bend your knee. Keep your left leg straight and hold for 10 seconds. Switch legs.
Warrior 3 Pose
Stand on your right leg. Bend forward and lift your left leg off the ground behind you. Pull your arms back and hold this pose for 5 seconds. Switch legs.
Dancer Pose
Stand on right leg and kick your left leg behind you. Grab your foot with your left hand and extend your right hand above your head. Hold for 8 sec. Switch legs
Downward Facing Dog
Bend down and touch the floor. Plant both hands in front of you and walk your feet back to you form a V shape. Hold for 10 seconds.
Tree Pose
Stand on your right leg. Prop your left leg up on your right thigh. Use prayer hands at your chest or over your head. Hold for 10 seconds and switch legs.
Triangle Pose
Stand with your right leg forward. Keep both legs straight and reach forward. Now bend and tick tock your arms down and up. Hold for 8 seconds. Switch legs.
Warrior 1 Pose
Stand with your right leg in front and bend your knee. Keep body facing front, lift your arms up. Hold for 10 seconds. Switch legs.
