Put your arms out to the side and then lift one leg behind you and balance for 20 seconds.

Reach for the sky and then touch your toes 3 times.

Put your pencil on the floor and jump over it 10 times

Name as many fruits as you can in 15 seconds

Move your arms in a circle forward 10 times

Teacher Call Out: Your teacher picks a color and you have to find something in the room of that color.

Move your arms in a circle backwards 10 times.

Give your teacher a high five!

Run in place for 15 seconds

Do 20 jumping jacks

Jump up and down 10 times!

Spin in a circle 5 times

Hop on one leg for 10 seconds. Then switch legs
