I take a break when I'm stressed.

I listen to others without interrupting. I consider other people's viewpoints.
Habit 3- Put first things first
I set priorities, make a schedule, and spend my time on things that are most important.
Think Win-Win- Habit 4
I am considerate of other people. I make deposits in people's emotional bank accounts. I look for third alternatives to conflicts.
