Jose met with the counselor last year for small group and individual counseling. He hasn't seemed to apply the skills, still doesn't do his work and is disruptive in class.

Bill went to REACH. While at REACH it was discovered that Bill has been drinking regularly and has tried marijuana. SSW connected with parents regarding substance treatment prior to leaving REACH. He is back to assigned school now.

Jessie was in a 6 week anger management group. She showed improvement, but a month after groups, her anger resurfaced. The IC met with her and she didn't seem open to reviewing the strategies discussed in group.

Wiley is a student who the counselor has worked with for a couple of years in small groups. She has extreme anger outbursts, resulting in throwing furniture, yelling.

Landon shared with his Speech teacher that his dad drinks a lot and he gets upset by it. The counselor met with him and they called mom together. Resources were given. He tells his speech teacher that nothing has changed.

A teacher has learned that a student recently had a death in the family. They request a counselor meet with the student. Who should respond?

Harrison is in the 4th grade and has struggled every year with work completion and disruptive behavior. Counselor offered counseling, but parents won't return the form. He now says "I don't know why I exist"
