Can you think of something made from soil? 🤔
Soil is more than just dirt
—it helps living things grow and gives us things we use every day! 🌿💚
🧱 Clay, which is a special kind of soil, can be used to make things like cups, pots, and plates.
People shape clay into useful objects just like playing with soft dough! 🎨👐
🌻 Plants grow in soil, and we eat plants like fruits and vegetables.
Animals also eat plants, so without soil, we wouldn’t have food! 🥦🍎
Why is Soil Important?
Soil is super important because it helps plants, people, and animals! 🌎
What natural resources do you use every day? 🤔💭
Since these gifts from nature are very important,
we need to take care of them. We shouldn't waste them or use them all up too quickly! 🌿♻️
