  • My partner and I like to eat fresh watermelon on the balcony in the evenings.
  • On summer mornings I often eat yogurt with fruit and oats for breakfast.
  • During hot days I prefer to eat light meals like salads with fresh vegetables.
  • When I go to the swimming pool I take a sandwich and a bottle of water with me.
  • I sometimes make smoothies at home using bananas, yoghurt and berries.
  • On Sundays my friends and I have a picnic in the park with sandwiches and cold drinks.
  • Grapes are a great snack to keep in the fridge during hot weather.
  • I buy strawberries from the market because they are sweet and perfect for dessert.
