Did They Act Appropriately?

Isabella and Sofia sit next to each other in history class but don’t talk much outside of school. At lunch, Isabella sits next to Sofia and starts eating fries from Sofia’s tray.

Sophia and Mia sit together at lunch every day. When Mia arrives at the table, Sophia greets her with a high five.

Jessica and Brianna just became friends last week. Jessica decides to give Brianna her social media passwords in case she ever needs to log in for her.

During class, Emily asks her teacher, Ms. Johnson, how old she is, why she isn’t married and if she has kids.

Mason and Daniel just spent the entire weekend together. At school, Mason notices Daniel, sitting alone in the hallway, looking upset. Mason walks over and puts his hand on Daniel’s shoulder, asking if he’s okay.

Emma and Jordan have only had a couple of small conversations in their math class. One day, Emma tells Jordan about a big argument she had with her parents and how it made her cry all night.

Noah has only spoken to his classmate, Ryan, a few times. One day, Ryan compliments Noah’s appearance, saying, "Your shirt is so cool!"

Ava and Lily have known each other since middle school. They hang out at least once a week. Ava forgets her lunch money one day and asks Lily if she can borrow a few dollars.

Natalie and Julia have been lab partners in chemistry for a month. One day, Julia invites Natalie over to her house to study.

At the grocery store, Olivia sees her English teacher, Mr. Carter, and excitedly runs up to him, giving him a big hug and shouting, "Hey, Mr. C!"

Marco's older brother, Luis, constantly teases him about his height, making fun of him in front of his friends. Marco laughs along sometimes but feels embarrassed and hurt.

David just met Tyler in gym class. After talking for a few minutes, Tyler asks David for his phone number so they can hang out this weekend.

Ben is talking to Chris, someone he sees in his math class, about how stressed he’s been. He starts venting about a huge fight he had with his parents and how he feels like they don’t understand him
