Internal/External Conflict

I am on a flight to my vacation destination when suddenly there is an explosion in one of the jet engines...things aren't looking good.

I see a $20 hanging out of someone's pocket...I know I could take it without them noticing...should I?

I only want to eat Oreo cookies and Spicy Cheetos...but I'm thinking this might not be a healthy choice long term.
