    PHOENIX/ENCORE: any kind of tennis shoe or athletic wear CADET: sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, no shoes etc.
  • What time do the theatre doors open for audience members and parents?

  • WHAT TIME ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO BE IN IN YOUR ASSIGNED SEATS THE NIGHT OF THE CONCERT? ;-)

    NO. It becomes more of a distraction, causes conflict with those around you and draws negative attention to you and is poor musicianship.

    Calf-high socks (nobody needs to see your ankles)!
  • What time should you have a ride to pick you up if parent/guardian is not in attendance for the concert?
    7:45pm
  • What kind of footwear should be worn?
    PHOENIX/ENCORE: black dress shoes/flats CADET: comfortable dress-code appropriate shoes

    PHOENIX/ENCORE: black dress pants CADET: khaki pants
  • Where should instrument cases be stored for the concert?
    Band lockers, second-floor back hallway for those already there .... NO INSTRUMENT CASES ARE ALLOWED ON BAND ROOM FLOOR OR IN LOBBY AREA
  • What kind of shirt/top should be worn?
    PHOENIX/ENCORE: a long-sleeved white, collared button-up dress shirt CADET: a white Concordia polo shirt, long or short-sleeved
  • What should parents do with loud children and/or babies during the concert?
    EXIT THE THEATRE IMMEDIATELY as not to distract the audience or disturb those during concert recording
