Melody is standing next to other kids at a parade. The firetrucks drives by and blares it's horn super loud. You and some peers cover your ears. How can you initiate a conversation?
"That's so loud" "I don't really like the firetruck," etc.
When you get home, you want to talk to your mom but she's reading a book. What can we say?
What are you reading?
You notice the girl at the park has the same backpack as you. How could you initiate a conversation?
"I like your backpack!" "I have the same backpack!"
Lily is sitting next to a girl in class and overhears she just moved to town. How could we initiate the conversation?
