Time management. Divide his time between family and exercise. Get up early to exercise.
John values assertiveness and kindness. John is in a summer camp. He is not enjoying some of the activities there. He does not want to voice his opinions because he is worried he might hurt the summer camp leaders feelings. What can he do?
John can kindly explain the summer camp leader why he doesn't enjoy the activity.
Abe values family and independence. Abe gets upset at his parents when they tell him to do his house chores right away. What can Abe do?
Abe can tell his parents that he will complete the chores, but on his time. He can schedule a time and let his parents know.
Sam values education and entertainment. Sam wants to play minecraft, but he also has homework to do. What can Sam do?
Time management. Maybe he can set 1 hour to study and 1 hour to play game.
John Values freedom and family. John wants to go for a movie with his friend, but his Mom says, John you shouldn't go out on school night. What should John do?
Ask his mom if he can go out on the weekend then.
