What is the difference between accomodations and modifications?

Modifications change the content of what is learned while accomodations are changes to the physical environment.

What is an example of a related service?

OT, PT, SLP, Audiologist...

Are Learning disabilities and intellectual disabilities the same thing?

No! To have an intellectual disability your IQ must be 70 or below. People with LD may have an average to above average IQ.
