    An inability to eat a food without bad effects.

    Foods that contain gluten, like wheat and other cereals.

    In milk and most other dairy products.

    1) They should not consume dairy products with lactose! 2) They can consume dairy alternatives, like soy milk or almond milk.

    They feed on leftover foods and sugars, and produce acids that damage our teeth.

  • What is the difference between diarrhoea and constipation?
    Diarrhoea involves passing (expelling) liquid faeces frequently. Constipation is when you have hard, dry faeces that are difficult to pass (expel).
