Tips:

  • No column headers.
  • Each line maps to a question.
  • If the delimiter is used in a question, the question should be surrounded by double quotes: "My, question","My, answer"
  • The first answer in the multiple choice question must be the correct answer.

What do we use when reporting yes/no questions? e.g. "Was it difficult?" asked Melissa
asked + IF or WHETHER e.g. Melissa asked IF / WHETHER it was difficult.
In questions with a WH- word we use ......e.g. Where do you live? asked Alice.
asked + WH-word e.g. Alice asked where I lived (WITHOUT A ? MARK) because its a statement now,  not a question.
