"To stab" mean to attack with a knife. A "runaway" anything is something that is moving while out of control, in this case perhaps because of the wind.

A "milestone" is a word that means a major or unprecedented accomplishment.

An adjective which means unclear or uncertain.

A "breach" is an official word for a violation, or perhaps a hole or gap.

It means to know about something that is supposed to be a secret.
