What is different to the B2 First in part 2 of the exam?
You get 3 pictures to choose from and you have 2 questions.
What are the 5 criteria the assessor marks you on?
Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Discourse Management, Interactive Communication.
How early should you arrive to the speaking exam and what must you bring?
20 minutes before the start of the exam (You will also get your photo taken).  You must bring your DNI!

At the end of a session you may be in a group of 3 due to odd numbers. Timings are different - 20 minutes in total.

Yes, the global marks is based on this, however, in part 3 the interlocutor only gives instructions and does not take part.
