The Colossal Squid
It is sometimes called the Antarctic squid or giant cranch squid and is believed to be the largest squid species in terms of mass.

The arms and tentacles of the squid are both extremely long and believed to be 4 to 8 m long. These are held perpendicular to the body, creating "elbow".

It has eight arms and two tentacles. It does not suck or drink blood, the name is from its dark color and the skin that connects the arms, resembling a cape.
