You can hit a ball with a bat or catch it in a glove.

You must wear ice skates and hit a puck into the goal with a stick.

You roll a ball down a lane. You must knock down the pins.

You must run for 42 kilometers.

You have to shoot the balls into the pockets of a table.

Only punching is allowed. (not kicking or biting or grappling)
Boxing
You can play on grass or on a court made of cement or clay. You hit a green ball.
Tennis
You have to hit a small white thing over a net. The "ball" is not a ball but something else.
Badminton
In this sport, one team is trying to carry an oddly shaped ball from one end of the field to the other, while the other team is trying to stop them. It's very popular in the UK and Australia.
