We can be grateful for the activities we do get to do, spend time with our band friends before they go on the trip, and use coping skills to stay calm.

You wait for them to text you and keep yourself busy.

You feel like you want more attention from a friend.

You ask them questions about their hobbies and childhood. Your friend feels respected and you are a good friend.
