SC Hold. We only collect the data and then transfer the case to CSD queue and give time frame to alerted party depending on the SC (Article # 4218)
While working on SC hold, is it necessary to ask additional follow up questions when the alerted party says the counterparty is an online friend?

You can determine WC alert as a false positive SOLELY based on the Descriptor information (which is considered a strong criterion) that confirms hit`s imprisonment.
No. Even if strong criteria do not match, you still need to take into account other pieces of information (Article # 3614)
What should you do when you are working on WC alert and there is no additional information of the hit to compare with the alerted party`s information?
Escalate it to L1C as there is nothing to compare and this could be a potential match. (Article # 3625 - Potential WC Match)

Should I refund a transaction on DL Hold with Category & Subcategory: AG: Global List, and the alerted party potentially matches the hit and sender requests refund.
No. As per article 3423, for this category and sub category, I have to escalate to L1C.
What will you do when you see the transaction is on DI hold and the sub-category is CRR in Actimize ?
I will follow article #3423 and then Article # 5139 (Step #5)
