An old man in the corner. How much is the boat in the window?

It is a model of the man's great grandfather's fishing boat.
p5 - What happened to the man's great grandfather?
He went to sea in the boat but didn't come back. Nobody knows why. It's a mystery.
p6 - Why is Kipper upset? How did mum cheer him up?
Because the old man was rude. Buy him an ice lolly
p7 - Where did the children eat their ice lollies and what did they hear?
On a wall. They heard a cough.
p8 - What did the man do? Where was the little boat from?
Said sorry for being rude and gave them a model boat. It was from the big model boat Kipper wanted to buy.
p11 - What did Chip do to the small boat? And then what happened?
He broke an oar off the boat. Then the magic key began to glow.
