What forms an ecosystem?
The climate, living things and the place they live.
What is the atmosphere?
Layer of gases that surrounds the Earth.
What is the hydrosphere?
All water on Earth including saltwater and freshwater
What are the three layers of the Geosphere?
Nucleus/Core, Mantle, Crust
What is the biosphere?
All living things on Earth including those in the atmosphere, hydrosphere and geosphere. *The largest ecosystem, because it contains all the different biomes.
What is a habitat?
The place where a community lives. A habitat can be a forest, water in a pond, a mountain, the rocks or soil.
What is a biome?
A large ecosystem made up of smaller ecosystems.

A bee pollinates a flower
Give an example of parasitism
A mosquito sucks blood from a dog.

The sun because it allows producers to make food
