First aid is immediate simple medical care given to a victim of an accident or an illness before professional medical care can be given.

2. Back blows
3. Abdominal thrusts (the Heimlich Manoeuvre)
What if someone experience a(n) Anaphylaxis (Allergic Reaction)?
1. Remove cap of auto-injector (e.g. Epipen)
2. Swing into upper, outer thigh
3. Hold for 10 seconds
If you burn yourself, what should you do?
Hold and let cool running water- minimum for 10 mins

S-Sit or lie them down
E-Examine wound
P-Pressure
D- Dress
What happens if you saw your friend experiencing a head injury?
1. They must be watched
2. Call 999 if they lose consciousness (even briefly)
