אֵלּוּ הֵן בֵּין הַפְּרָקִים
these are "between the paragraphs"
בֵּין בְּרָכָה רִאשׁוֹנָה לִשְׁנִיָּה
between the first and second Bracha
בֵּין שְׁנִיָּה לִשְׁמַע
between the second (bracha) and Shema
וּבֵין שְׁמַע לִוְהָיָה אִם שָׁמֹעַ
and between Shema and V'haya Em Shamoa
בֵּין וְהָיָה אִם שָׁמֹעַ לְוַיֹּאמֶר
between V'haya Em Shamoa and Vayomer
בֵּין וַיֹּאמֶר לֶאֱמֶת וְיַצִּיב
between Vayomer and Emes V'yatziv
רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אוֹמֵר
Rebbe Yehuda says
בֵּין וַיֹּאמֶר לֶאֱמֶת וְיַצִּיב
between Vayomer and Emes V'yatziv
לֹא יַפְסִיק
do not interrupt
אָמַר רַבִּי יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בֶּן קָרְחָה
Rebbe Yehoshua Ben Karcha says
לָמָּה קָדְמָה שְׁמַע לִוְהָיָה אִם שָׁמֹעַ
Why does Shema come before V'haya Em Shamoa
אֶלָּא כְּדֵי
only in order
שֶׁיְּקַבֵּל עָלָיו
that he should accept upon himself
וְאַחַר כָּךְ
and afterwards
יְקַבֵּל עָלָיו עֹל מִצְוֹת
he should accept upon himself the yoke of Mitzvos
וְהָיָה אִם שָׁמֹעַ לְוַיֹּאמֶר
V'haya Em Shemoa (comes before) Vayomer
