The man stood near the fire
The vampire ran here and there in fear
The man threw water to make the air clear
“Thank you
my dear
” said the vampire
The vampire promised to stay clear of the fire
Mr. Beard had a big beard near his ear
“Good morning
Mr. Beard!” the children cheered
A leaf got stuck in his beard
“Oh dear
my beard looks so weird!” said Mr. Beard
The wind blew harder and filled his beard with twigs
A kind boy came near to help Mr. Beard
“Don’t fear
Mr. Beard
” said the boy
The boy brushed the beard until it was clear
