I often worry that I will faint, embarrass myself in public, go crazy, or die. I've been sweating, trembling and feeling hot and cold.
Panic Attack
Lately, I've had a feeling of weakness with my muscles aching and I had some headaches and chills during day. I eat little because I lost my appetite and my body tempature was over 37 Celcius

I usually find it hard to go to sleep, I wake up several times during the night and I still feel tired after waking up.
Insomnia
I had one or more painful sores on part of the skin lining the mouth with swollen skin around the sores. Because of that, I got irritation of the sores by salty, spicy or sour foods and lose of appetite.
Mouth Ulcers
I had warm red skin over the affected joint with pain, tenderness and stiffness so it restricted the movement of the joints, maing me feel pain whenever I tried to hold something
Arthristis
I got hit by falling off the stair and had headaches frequently after that. I feel dizzy and sometimes I lost my memory about things happened.
Concussion
I got burned in an accident in the kitchen. Then, I had a raised lump filled with clear fluid on my hand and also reddened and tender patch of skin
Blisters
I often got feelings of helplessness and hopelessnes. I lost interest in daily activities and appetite as I lost energy. i often did reckless thungs like gambling or even committing suicide.
Depression
As I reach the age of 60. I usually got back pain and I had stooped posture when walking beccause my bones now break easily then before
Osteoporosis
Usually after my meal, I's feeling full and bloated and felt sick, I also got heartburn (a painful burning feeling in the chest, often after eating). And I end up vomiting food out of my mouth after that.
Indigestion
I got pain usually on one side of my head, but often on both sides. I am sensitive to light, sound, and sometimes smell and touch. Worse, I sometimes could hardly see anything with my eyes.
Migraine
I had fever, dry cough and headaches. Lately, I got difficulty breathing and found my chest pain as I lost of speech or movement.
Covid-19
Yesterday, I ate some weird things, then I got sneezing and an itchy nose and dry, red and cracked skin.
