What are metals?

It is shiny, beautiful, and expensive.

A material that makes a ringing sound when hit.
Which metal is liquid at room temperature?
Mercury.
Why do metals feel cold when touched?
They are good conductors of heat and take heat away from your hand.
Why are metals good electrical conductors?
They allow electric current to flow through them.

What happens to the surface of most metals over time?
It becomes dull.
