Was ist das auf Englisch? Anton ist jetzt zu Hause. Er ist in seinem Zimmer und sitzt auf seinem Bett. Die Hausaufgaben liegen auf dem Schreibtisch.
Anton is now at home. He is in his room and is sitting on his bed. The homework lies on the desk.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Er muss die Hausaufgaben machen, aber er kann sich nicht konzentrieren.
He has to do the homework, but he can't concentrate.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Anton ist gerade aus dem Cafe gekommen und er denkt an die Konversationen mit Heidi, Lena und Felix. Natürlich denkt er auch an Samstag und die Party.
Anton just came from the cafe and he's thinking about the conversation with Heidi, Lena, and Felix. Of course he's also thinking about Saturday and the party.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Anton hört sein Handy. Es liegt auf dem Schreibtisch und vibriert. Anton steht auf und geht zu dem Schreibtisch.
Anton hears his cellphone. It's lying on the desk and vibrating. Anton gets up and goes to the desk.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Er sieht auf sein Handy. Er hat eine SMS. Anton ist überrascht, denn die SMS ist von Lena.
He looks at his cellphone. He has a text message. Anton is surprised, because the text is from Lena.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Anton liest die SMS: Hallo Anton! Hier ist Lena. Bist du jetzt zu Hause? Ja. Ich bin zu Hause.
Anton reads the text: Hello Anton. Lena here. Are you at home now? Yes. I'm at home.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Ich auch. Es war schön im Cafe. Ich bin froh, dass du da warst. Ja. Es war schön.
Me too. It was nice in the cafe. I'm happy that you were there.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Was machst du am Donnerstag? Schule. Was machst du am Donnerstag nach der Schule? Ich weiß nicht. Hausaufgaben? Ich habe noch keine Pläne. Möchtest du ins Kino gehen?
What are you doing on Thurs? School. What are you doing on Thurs after school? IDK. Homework? I don't have any plans yet. Would you like to go to the movies?
Was ist das auf Englisch? Anton liest die SMS und ist überrascht. Er liest die SMS wieder. Er weiß nicht, was er schreiben soll.
Anton reads the text and is surprised. He reads the text again. He doesn't know what he should write.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Ist das ein Date? Gehen nur Lena und er ins Kino oder gehen sie mit anderen Freunden?
Is it a date? Are just he and Lena going to the movies or are they going with other friends?
Was ist das auf Englisch? Er hofft, dass das kein Date ist, denn er denkt an das Cafe und an Heidi.
He hopes, that it's not a date, then he's thinking about the cafe and Heidi.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Lena ist immer nett zu ihm und er will sie nicht enttäuschen, aber er mag sie nicht so. Er mag Heidi. (lange Pause)
Lena is always nice to him and he doesn't want to disappoint her, but he doesn't like her that way. He likes Heidi. (long pause)
Was ist das auf Englisch? Hallo? Anton? Bist du noch da? Ja. Ich sehe auf meinen Kalender. Moment. Anton sieht nur auf sein Handy.
Hello? Anton? Are you still there? Yes. I'm looking at my calendar. Just a moment. Anton's only looking at his cell phone.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Er weiß nicht, was er schreiben soll, aber er muss etwas schreiben. Anton schreibt langsam: Ja. Ich kann ins Kino gehen. Wann beginnt der Film?
He doesn't know what he should write, but he has to write something. Anton writes slowly: Yes. I can go to the movies. When does the film begin?
Was ist das auf Englisch? Gut! Der Film beginnt um 19:00 Kommen andere Freunde? Ja. Meine Freundinnen Danielle und Andrea kommen.
Good! The film begins at 7 p.m. Are other friends coming? Yes. My friends Danielle und Andrea are coming.
Was ist das auf Englisch? Lena schreibt das, aber sie weiß, dass ihre Freundinnen nicht mitkommen. Lena will allein mit Anton ins Kino gehen, aber sie will Anton das nicht sagen.
Lena writes that, but she knows that her friends aren't coming along. Lena wants to go alone with Anton to the movies, but she doesn't want to say that to Anton
