Instead of saying "he or she" when you want to refer to non-specific person, you can say.........

"Really" is formal enough for essays - true or false?

False - really is VERY informal.

We don't have a verb "to course". "To pursue" would be the best substitute here.

"The job offer." This phrase exists, but it means a single offer made by one employer (e.g. after interview) not the general possibilites of work.

"Totally" is very informal.

"Influences to". Correction: "the first factor that influences the decision...."

"The big majority" -> "A large majority" or "An overwhelming majority"

"Topic" is not the best choice when evaluating causes - use the word "factor".
