Tommy was learning how to ride his bike without training wheels. He practiced every daily for 2 weeks. He fell a lot, but he continued to work hard on it everyday. By Saturday, he was confidently riding without training wheels.
persistence - never giving up
Sarah baked cookies. She didn't share them with her baby sister and ate all of the cookies within an hour. She then nursed a stomachache.
Greed or selfness
David was different from his other friends. He wore very colorful clothes and had rainbow hair. But his friends love him like any of the other friends.
Acceptance
Fred knew all of the players on the Browns football team and the players positions. He watched all of the games while wearing all of his Brown's gear. He is huge fan!

Jim noticed that Lisa didn't have any food at lunch. She looked really sad and embarrassed. Jim decided to give her some of his food so she could something for lunch.

Brian got mad at his little brother for breaking his new toy. His brother had taken his toy without asking and accidently broke it. Brian realized that his brother did not mean to break it and was no longer made at him.

Juan and his family went to an amusement park. It was a very busy day and they had to wait in long lines for every ride. Juan waited without complaining, so his parents took him to get ice cream.

Molly noticed that the new girl in class came in with crutches because she had broken her leg. Because of her injury, she was unable to play at recess. Molly decided to sit with her during recess so she wouldn't be alone.
