It controls the substances that enter and leave the cell

It is a jelly like substance that fills the cell where chemical reactions happen
What do vacuoles contain?
Water and minerals which the organism needs in order to grow
What is the function of chloroplasts?
they contain chlorophyll which is needed for photosynthesis
What is the function of cell walls?
they protect the cell
What are the three life processes that all living things perform?
Nutrition, reproduction and interaction
What two types of reproduction are there and how are they defined?
Asexual reproduction is when only one organism is required. Sexual reproduction involves two individuals of the same species.

When living things react to stimuli (changes in the environment)

by feeding on other living things

by producing their own food through photosynthesis
