Putting ice cubes in oven--put in freezer
I mowed the lawn on the roof with my new riding lawn mower.
Lawn on a roof. Roofs usually do not have grass on them.
In you don't have car insurance, you will never have an accident.
Never have an accident. One is not related to the other.
Chris bought cheese to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for lunch.
Bought cheese--does not belong in peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
Melissa got her toothbrush so she could write a letter to her grandmother.
Toothbrush-need pen or pencil
Jose got a ton of work done because he slept for the whole day.
Slept for the whole day-would not get any work done.
Because it was raining in the bus, the kids were late to school.
Raining/late to school. Can't rain in the bus.
I burned the water on the stove because I left it on too long.
Burned water. Can't burn water.
I learned German because I had an upcoming trip to France.
Learned German. Speak French in France.
