    Tell them that you would love to get together and to let you know when they're free. If you are concerned, you can also ask if they are okay.

    Inform your tutor over message that you are having issues. Ask for work to be sent to your student email/talk over lesson with staff member on the phone

    Tell your parents. Call your doctor if the pain persists. Rest, drink lots of water.

    Call someone and ask them to pick you up. Use the bus/tube if you are near a familiar bus route.

    Pause what you are doing and go to the shops to get some butter. See if you can substitute the butter with anything else.

    Put the shopping back and come back with your purse/wallet. Use card on your phone if you have an app.

    Call someone to see if they can let you in. Check if a key has been left out for you.

    Go to the receptionist, show them your appointment and who you are due to see. Ask for directions. Look for a map/signs on the walls.
